New captivate won’t save?

New captivate won’t save?

I’ve installed the new captivate, but have not yet been able to save a file. I just get the circle that stays there, and i cannot click anything else and have to quit the programme completely.

Does anyone have any advice please?

Hi There,

Can you confirm if your system is synced with iCLoud or OneDrive? If yes then please disable it and try again.

I am also having this issue. I can confirm mine is installed on the system (mac) and not a drive. I’ve tried to save in a bunch of different places (google drive & system folders) but all get the same result – the never ending circle.

Did you install Captivate on your system, not on a networked drive?

Did you change the paths in the Preferences? If you are on Windows, make sure not to have those paths synchronized with Onedrive.

Be sure to install the most recent version, which is 12.3.
