I’m not able to access courses create with version 11. version 12 was just installed on my pc and I need to revise some older captivate courses. What should I do?

Version 12 is incompatible with any previous version. You need to restart from scratch if you want to have the same course in version 12, and expect a lot of workflows to be impossible in that new version.
You can install the Captivate Classic version (11.8.2) along version 12. That Classic version has all the features of what you are used to, same UI, workflows etc. You will be able to open your version 11 projects in that version, but it is much more buggy than version 11.5.5.
I am very sad and frustrated about the lack of communication from the team about this possibility.
