The invite reply tracking feature in ALM allows administrators to monitor responses on the “Attendance & Scoring” page and instructors to view them on the “Learners” page. Outlook requires users to manually send responses when accepting or declining invitations, unlike Gmail which does so automatically.
The functionality for tracking invite replies is accessible for administrators via the “Attendance & Scoring” page within the course, while instructors can access it through the “Learners” page.
For further details on its expected behavior, please consult the following article: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/learning-manager/kb/integration-to-outlook.html
By default, Outlook does not transmit data back to ALM upon learners accepting or rejecting a session. Upon receiving the invitation, learners must actively accept or decline it by selecting the “send the response now” option within Outlook, as illustrated below. Unlike Outlook, other email clients such as Gmail automatically send this response when users accept or decline invitations.
