how do i get in learninghub.dominos.com? it will always back me out after or even trying to login
Hi @benjamin_7208 ,
Greetings! As I mentioned in the comment below the issue could be either an access issue, meaning you are not registered actively on the ALM account as a learner. Your LMS admin should be able to validate the access and grant it accordingly by checking with the email address you are trying to access.
Another very common cause of the error is an active ALM session on the same browser. Clearing the browser cache or trying to access the account from another browser should help.
If it’s a network restriction, you can try accessing the same account using the link on your mobile device.
If the issue persists, please email us at learningmanagersupport@adobe.com with the ALM link you are trying to access and the email address you are using to log in. We will be happy to guide you to log in.
Best Regards,
Madonna James| Adobe Learning Manager Support.
Hi benjamin_7208 ,
Greetings! Sorry to hear you are facing issues with logging into an ALM account. As I mentioned in the comment below, such login errors could be:
a) An access issue, meaning you need to validate whether you are registered actively on the ALM account you are trying to log into. Your LMS admin should be able to confirm this.
b ) Browser issue, meaning there could be an already active ALM instance on the browser, and so clearing the browser cache or opening on another browser should allow you to access the LMS.
c ) You can isolate a network-specific issue by trying to access the same link from the browser on your mobile device.
In case the issue persists, please contact us directly at learningmanagersupport@adobe.com, and the ALM support team will be happy to assist you.
Best Regards,

Hi dariuss61344937 ,
Thank you for reaching out. This could be due to an access issue, a network restriction, or even possibly a browser caching issue. For access-related issues, you will need to reach out to the Dominos pocs/admins. For network restriction, you can try from a different network, like your mobile network. For browser caching issues, either try from a different browser, clear cache, or use the incognito window.
Regards,
Madonna James
