Does anybody know when and how to receive the points for Blog posts etc?
Do we get them as soon as the blog is approved or do we have to wait e.g. quarterly?

You get your points as soon as you publish your blog posts. For more information on activities that get you points and levels you may have achieved, please refer the link here: https://elearning.adobe.com/levels/

Send an email to elcommunity1@adobe.com and ask about redeeming your points. You are limited to redeeming your points twice per year, so once you have your first redemption, save up until the reward is great enough for the remainder of the year.
This question was answered in the past by a staff member. Normally score is acquired immedieately after the moderation of the blog. But I am only a user, rules can have changed. Approvement of a free license used to be quarterly. I hope someone from the staff answers your question.
