Hi,
I have an interactive video I was able to set up just fine. But I need there to be a scrubber bar so the learner can fast forward or rewind the video as needed. Haven’t found anything on this in tutorials. Please help!
Sorry I missed that this was for interactive video. Please disregard my response.
The overlay slides can only be added to slide video and not on event videos. Here’s a link to help article with details about creating interactive video with overlay in Adobe Captivate: https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/help/create-interactive-video-overlay-captivate.html.

Ok. I keep trying to add a commment here but it keeps disappearing.
An event video doesn’t allow me to add the quiz. I just want the learner to be able to go back to the last segment/bookmark if they get the answer wrong or if they just want to rewatch. I tried adding a button to the quiz overlay to do just that but it wouldn’t work.
Thanks. It won’t let me add a quiz to an event video. I just want the learner to be able to go back and review a segment if they get the quiz question wrong or if they just want to rewatch the segment. I tried adding a button to the quiz to do that but was unsuccessful.
Thank you for your query. We would also like to thank Paul for sharing the response.

You can present video to your learners in the All-New Adobe Captivate in two ways. The first is Slide Video. Slide video is synchronous with your project and doesn’t include playback controls, including a scrubber. Instead, use just Video, which is similar to what we used to call Event Video in Adobe Captivate Classic. Video allows you to have multiple videos per slide but also gives your learners playback controls. To add Video in this manner, click on the Add Media Icon in the left-hand playbar and select Video (not Slide Video). You can adjust the number of videos in the properties inspector.
