I hope this is the correct location for this post. I created a Captivate document that includes images, text, and audio narration using the text to speech tool. I published it as html 5 and uploaded it to a publicly available Canvas site. If I am logged into Canvas, it plays fine. From outside it partially loads the first “slide” and then I receive the loading message and it never loads. That being said, I uploaded the healthcare template that comes with Captivate as a test. I added some text to speech audio and it plays fine from the same Canvas site. It also plays when I am not logged in to the public Canvas site as is needed on my Windows machine, Mac, and phone and even plays the text to speech. Any advice is advised?
