I have previously published to computer on this machine and it worked. Using latest version of Captivate 12.4.0.20 and have not published since the update.

Now when I attempt to publish to computer nothing happens – no matter where I choose the location, here I have the default location of Documents>AdobeCaptivate. A red line appears in the progress as can be seen in the image attached.

I would appreciate any help

Please update the publish location to a local folder on your device, rather than a folder on OneDrive, and verify if the issue persists.

Hello, thanks for your reply and assistance. That did indeed resolve the problem. Odd as in the previous version I published to default location and it worked.
