I’m experiencing some lag issues when viewing my published courses on mobile devices. Looking for tips on asset optimization.
Hi everyone,
I’ve recently started working on a complex project in Adobe Captivate that involves several high-resolution images and a couple of embedded MP4 videos. While the desktop version works flawlessly, some of my users are reporting slow loading times and lag when accessing the HTML5 output from mobile browsers (specifically Chrome on Android).
I’ve already tried to lower the video bitrate, but I’m wondering if there are specific publishing settings I should look into to improve the mobile experience without sacrificing too much quality.
Does anyone have a checklist for mobile optimization or suggested “Advanced Project” settings for better performance?
Thanks in advance for your help!
