When publishing and uploading a scorm, and publishing to the LMS there is a 50-60 second lag in the module when a student plays the video.
When publishing and uploading a scorm, and publishing to the LMS there is a 50-60 second lag in the module when a student plays the video.
After troubleshooting with Healthstream, they stated it was the creation software issue. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, is there a setting we missed?
We shortened the name; we took special characters out of the name. We checked to make sure there were no blank files that were zipped.
