Select Text: Click on the text object on your slide that you wish to modify.

Open AI Tools: Navigate to Generative AI in the menu or click the AI Assistant icon near the selected text.

Use Rephrase: Select the Rephrase option to begin adjusting the text style.

Input Tone Prompt: In the prompt box, type the specific tone you want to achieve (e.g., “Make this sound more professional,” “Use a friendly and encouraging tone,” or “Rewrite this for a casual audience”).

Generate & Review: Click the generate button to view the AI-provided variations.

Apply Changes: Review the output and select Replace to update your slide with the new text.
