A SCORM course added to a learning path was automatically marked as completed for all assigned users shortly after being published, even though they did not access it.
I have a SCORM file set up as a course within a learning path. About an hour after adding the course to the path, it was automatically marked as completed for all assigned team members; even though none of them have opened the file.
How can I resolve this issue and prevent it from happening again?
