Hi A.P.Rao,
If your e-Learning module in Captivate is sending a score of 0 to the LMS even without assessments, it could be due to the SCORM settings or reporting preferences configured in your project. To ensure that your module does not report a score when there are no assessments, please follow these steps:
1. Open your project in Adobe Captivate.
2. Go to the Quiz menu and select ‘Quiz Preferences’.
3. Navigate to the ‘Reporting’ section.
4. Make sure that the option for ‘Report Score’ is unchecked if you do not wish to send a score to the LMS.
5. Under the ‘Data to Report’ section, ensure that ‘Report Quiz Results Only’ is selected to prevent any default score from being sent when there are no quizzes.
6. Save your project and republish it to your LMS.
