I’d been using Captivate to record screen steps for months and recently, I have several issues with the mouse clicks are not recorded, my current solution is to restart PC and restart captivate, but it’s getting annoying. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. any suggestion that I can do to solve this issue?
