Hi, I´ve created several Captivate projects with a license in a MacBook Air. Now I´m shifting to a ASUS laptop (Windows 10), where I installed Captivate. In this laptop I can create Captivate files from scratch, but I can´t open my old projects created in the Mac. Have you experienced this problem? Any suggestion? I´m pasteing the message i get (in Spanish). Thanks

Hi! I’m trying to remove flash from an old captivate project using the HTML5 tracker but even if it indicates that I have none, it still won’t load into our departmental LMS. Is there any other tips & tricks out there? thanks
