Before you enable a custom workspace, enable Custom Workspace and restart Captivate.
You can create a custom workspace by rearranging and resizing document windows and panels. You can save the customized workspaces and switch between them.
Some things you can do:
- Rearrange document windows
- Move, dock, and undock panels
- Add and remove panels from docks
- Resize panels
- Collapse and expand panel icons
After you make your customizations, you can save your workspace by clicking Window > Workspace > New Workspace. Type a name for the new workspace, and click OK.
For more information on custom workspaces, see Customizing the workspace.
