In Captivate 2017, Note Panel you can B I U and change the color of the slide note text, but not the font size or font face.

Slide note text can be used for closed captions and it can be formatted in the closed captions where font size and font face can be changed.

You can see slide notes if you choose to Print to Handouts in Captivate and turn on Slide Notes. The notes will be added to the word document that is created. You can then reformat the text and change font etc. in word for the slide note text.

I was doing a search to see if there was an option for changing the font size of the slide notes and I was disappointed to see that Captivate has still not added that option in their 2017 version.  For those of you who do need a helping hand this is what I have been doing.  Copy your slide notes into a Word document – format the text to a readable size – copy the word text back into the slide notes.  There you go text that is readable.  Hope this helps.
