Hello,
I’ve created my first captivate project! Yay! and now it is time to share with my team (who does not have Captivate) to review. I published as SWF/HMTL5 and was able to view it on the web using the “multiscreen.html” file in the project’s folder. However, it does not show any of the interactions that I included in the project. I read a previous post that discusses how to include the project on a SharePoint site, but I’m still having issues. Once I put the project on SharePoint, there are a few files that won’t upload. Which file do I actually need from the newly created SharePoint folder that will open the project and make it viewable to others? Do I simply provide my team a link to view the project? Please help.

As Lieve mentioned, try to publish only to HTML & check if your project works as expected.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, check these…
- Do you see all the interactions working as expected in HTML Preview mode
- Have you uploaded published HTML output to webserver & tried to see if all interactions work?
- what interactions do not appear in the output?
- do you also see this issue when published to SWF output?
- Also check if “Preview in SCORM cloud” works
Forgot to ask which version you are using. Since CP9 I had serious problems with the multiscreen.html published version and stopped publishing that way. Since EOL of Flash Player is announced, I prefer to publish only to HTML. If you need for some reasons SWF output, please publish twice and find a way to offer the choice between the two versions.
The dual publishing did offer the SWF output for desktop/laptops and the HTML output for mobile devices. But more desktop browsers already have the Flash player no longer installed by default.
