Issue with viewing captivate on Mobile Landscape

Hi,

I have created a Responsive project in Captivate 2017 (using breakpoints rather than fluid boxes) and have used captivates default settings for all 5 views.

When we are testing on Mobiles once uploaded to the LMS we are having issues viewing the landscape mode, on all phones tested (IPhone X, IPhone 8 plus, IPhone 6, Samsung Galaxy s8, and IPhone 5), it seems to be pulling through tablet Landscape/Portrait views instead therefore cutting half of the project off the screen.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Thanks

Adobe Captivate Team: any solutions to this problem since 2018?

I’ve come across this issue as well. I think it stems from the fact that in breakpoint mode you can’t make the phone landscape breakpoint any wider than 718px (I still don’t know why Captivate restricts you on breakpoint sizes, I find it frustrating) and on most mobile devices, at least an iPhone 6 plus which is what I test on, the viewport size when in landscape mode is around 736px, so it bumps the course up to the tablet breakpoint.

I would also be interested if anyone has a fix for this issue!
