I have music in windows player that will not upload into captivate. I’m only looking for short intro music options- not longer than 15 seconds. Is there a process I need to do to have this as an option?

You don’t tell the format of those audio clips. Use the Adobe Media Encoder which ships with Captivate to convert the format to mp3 which will be accepted by Captivate.
