Captivate Reviewer not working. Anyone else experiencing this?

Started using the Captivate Reviewer running under Adobe Air a few weeks ago.  Seemed to Publish successfully at that time.  Subsequently attempts have not been good.  The project size I am currently working on is about 150 MB.  When I Send for Shared Review, the size of the CREV file is only 7 MB and there are virtually no images in it.

Is anyone else have an issue with this?

I have been using an iMac with High Sierra OS but have switched over to a Windows 10 platform and am experiencing the same problem.

I have contacted Adobe support this past week.  They have duplicated the problem but have not yet found a solution.

Preferences have been reset but not effective in fixing this problem.

The latest Updates for Captivate and the Reviewer have been installed.

Actually I see only few users talking about the Reviewer in the past 2 years. It also looks like it has not been updated with release 10 (CP2017) but may be wrong of course. Did you test with a small project to see if the issue could be due to the size of the project? In my present situation I no longer have used it in a while, it used to be a fine AIR app, but some of my former colleagues had issues with the installation etc.

Is there an alternative to Reviewer now? I currently do not have a good method for overseas clients to review and give feedback on Captivate products.
