Need help with a Chinese font issue in Captivate 10
I have a Captivate 10 project (originally built using Captivate 9) in which I had some slides translated to Simplified Chinese. This course was published and has worked fine for approximately 3 years. This week a user contacted me and said there was an issue with the Chinese fonts. And there was, to my surprise! I had not received any user feedback related to the Chinese font issue until this week. At first the fonts were fine, but now many characters have been converted to squares. Has anyone experienced anything like this in the past in which they can share information on how this happened and what to do to correct it?
Hi, Please check if Chinese fonts are missing from your system? Also check if this behavior is seen on other text editor? or specific to Captivate or just this CP project?
It appears to be specific to Captivate and not just this project. What’s weird is that I have not made any changes to fonts at all. Any advice?
What about the text editor? does it render correctly?
