I’ve been having lots of issues with my software.

I’m not sure if it’s user error, installation error, or software error. My latest error is this message:

A fatal error has occured an the application is being terminated. Adobe Captivate has tried to save all your work in the respective project folders as “.cpbackup” files.

Please restart Adobe Captivate.

Does anyone have any knowledge on what this could mean? I am not able to upload a power point as a result.

Appreciate any and all help.

Check if you have the most recent version (10.0.1.285). If you are on Windows, do Run Captivate as Administrator. Check if the paths in Preferences, General Settings are pointing to your system, not to a networked or external drive.
