Objects moving after HTML5 publishing

  • I have a question about how to prevent objects from moving on a project after publishing the file in HTML5.

I recently developed a project in Captivate 8 and Captivate 2017. When I publish as a .swf file the objects stay where they are placed.

When I publish the file as HTML5, the objects move a couple of pixels to the left.

Is there a setting that prevents this from happening?

Personally I never had that experience, how did you test please? HTML output should be tested after publishing and uploading to a webserver to have the full experience. Are you on the most recent version of CP2017 which is 10.0.1.285?

I open up the published file in Internet Explorer and Chrome. I have even posted the published file to our ftp server and clicked the link to view.

As far as the most recent version, I do have that and the result is the same in Captivate 7, 8, & 9 too.
