Good evening!
My team just recently moved to the 2019 release.
Everything seemed to be running smoothly. However ALL of our projects will not load properly in our LMS. We have checked every setting we could find to make sure that everything is set exactly as it was when we were using 2017, we did this because we have one machine that has not been updated.
I previewed in the Scorm Cloud so I’m sure its not our LMS. I’ve gone back and checked everything we’ve published from 2017 and its all working properly.
Basically the lesson loads, the play button appears(now that auto play is gone) . You click the play button and the audio starts, however the slides do not display.
Anyone have any ideas?

Are you talking about upgraded projects? If that is the case, do you use customized themes or one of the themes included with CP2019?
