So… for the Guide level, I receive a three-month complimentary license for Captivate; how do I activate that? Now that my free trial has expired, Captivate is asking me for a serial number in order to open it, and I don’t have one.
So… for the Guide level, I receive a three-month complimentary license for Captivate; how do I activate that? Now that my free trial has expired, Captivate is asking me for a serial number in order to open it, and I don’t have one.

You have to install the trial version, then you’ll be asked to enter the serial number.
Hi Michael,
Once every quarter, after reaching a new level, we mail you the Captivate Serial Number. Please provide the same to activate Captivate.
Note: If you do not see any mail from Adobe, please check your Spam folders. Chances are the email will have already reached you in the Spam folder.
Are you around? I have sent a couple of emails and received no response.
