Captivate is great for making tutorials!
My work has a system that outside users can use to log in and submit any requests but it is difficult to train outside users as we are a smaller workplace and do not have the time for constant workshops. Adobe captivate was great in this aspect as it gave us the option to not only present to outside users using video but also give them the experience of submitting the order without having to plan a workshop and take staff and resources away from other much needed duties.
Why not post an example?
I actually submitted a tutorial I made for staff to learn where to go to remove metadata from a PDF document in Acrobat but it is still pending approval.
That is very strange! Your blog got approved but not the inserted tutorial?
Well I posted the tutorial under a “Showcase” but it has been pending since the 25th.
It’s always good to hear stories like this!
