Google Cloud – An alternative to sharing Captivate content via Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Every once in a while users ask me how/where to share published eLearning content, if they don’t have a website. The default suggestion is to upload content to a S3 storage bucket on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This process has already been described in one of @Paul Wilson’s videos.

An alternative to AWS is Google Cloud. The process of creating a storage bucket, uploading content, setting permissions and sharing a URL are quite similar to AWS. Here is my quick recording of the required steps.

Both AWS and Google Cloud offer free account options for 12-month.

One other cloud storage option to consider is Microsoft Azure. I haven’t tried Azure yet, but from what I read the process is similar to AWS and Google.

How can I make this accessible only by the certain google authenticated users, instead of being public?

If you want  to test LMS scoring/tracking, then yes.
