Installing adobe Captivate 2019 problem, installation options window is blank only CP logo appears
I download a trial version of Adobe Captivate 2019 from Adobe site, when I try to install it on my PC, it gives me a blank screen, only CP logo, I take the same files and try to install it on my brother’s PC, it works without any problem
My laptop is: Dell precision M6500, windows 7, 8GB Rams, last version of Flash Player installed, Java installed, and I have more than 100 free space in PC system drive
I would be greatly appreciating if someone tell me what can case this problem as shown on below image, and how can I solve it.

win 7 64 bit does not install captive 2019

That is not true, sorry, because I do work with a win7 machine which has CP2019 installed. What is going wrong with the installation for you and some other users is the question.
Is there any solution to this problem? I have tried to follow this solution but did not work for me https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/kb/captivate-installation-blank-page-sign.html.
Do you have admin rights? Which OS?
I have CP2019 running on an old Win7 system as well, so that is not the problem.
Can you try the alternative download from Prodesign Tools (totally legal, you’ll have to activate on the Adobe site):
