Hi there,

I am using Captivate 2019. I created a Captivate Project with Breakpoints. Everything looked fine in preview. The published version look great on Desktop and Tablet. However, when I watched it on Captivate Prime mobile app on my mobile, it doesn’t show the mobile breakpoint content but resized the desktop content.

It’s a text-heavy course and hence I used Hide and Show elements only for mobile and have excluded from other views. But no luck. What could be the issue?

Thank you for your help.

Was your problem solved by changing the resolution of the mobile breakpoint view?

Which resolution did you use for mobile breakpoint view? Normally a screen will show the layout for the higher breakpoint until the width of the mobile breakpoint is reached?

You talk about ‘Hide/show’?  I hope you mean that you exclude elements from the mobile view that are visible on the other breakpoints?

The resolution for mobile is 320*466 and I viewed it on iPhone 6. I will try resizing breakpoint for iPhone.

I used Hide/show in Mobile view only to fit text in mobile size an excluded from the other views.

iPhone 6 has a browser resolution of 375×667 which is the explanation. Have a look at:
