Hi, im using responsive and Ive tried both ways. My localhost opens in IE and I know there has to be a way to set localhost to Chrome> I do not use Shockwave and im using IE 11.345.17134.0

That would mean that IE is your default browser, not Chrome. A responsive project can only be published to HTML. Check which browser is set as default browser. There will be no AutoPlay however, you need to click the play button.

However since you talk about SCORM, you need to upload to a LMS,

Which version are you using, and which type of project: responsive or not?

Preview HTML in Browser (for non-responsive project) or Preview Project (for responsive project) will launch your project in the default browser (localhost). I you use Typekit fonts, you have to add localhost to the domains to be used.  If you still use publish to SWF, make sure to check Flash security settings.

Which version, of IE?
