Transferring Captivate from old laptop to new one

Hi,

I’ve been trying to find out whether I need my serial # when transferring Captivate 2019 from my current laptop to a new one.

In the emails received from Adobe after my purchase of Captivate 2019 (Annual Plan) there is no mention of a serial #. It isn’t displayed in any of my Adobe account pages either. I’m wondering if I actually need it when installing on a new laptop and I’d really like to find this out before I start the process.

Any information would be much appreciated.

Serial number is only needed for a perpetual license. From your question I see that you have a subscription license, For such a license only the Adobe ID linked to that license is needed.
