There have been some changes to the incentives.
I recently received my 3 months of complimentary license usage for reaching Master level. I am grateful to Adobe for providing this community participation incentive. It really provides a lot of opportunity to explore the software.
I noticed there was only one license number in the email and was curious if the same number worked for the include Adobe Captivate Prime and Adobe Presenter Video Express. My follow up inquiry received no reply, so I went over to the Levels and Incentive page to see if I mistakenly thought the Master level included other incentives. I was surprised to find that Adobe Presenter Video Express had been completely removed. Most surprising was the lack of announcement. Perhaps I missed it.
Sad development, but I’m grateful for the ability to earn anything. There is still a 30-day free trial available.
What are your thoughts on the change and/or the lack of communication on this community forum?

I recently reached Master level and received a serial number for 3 months of Captivate but I haven’t received anything for accessing Prime. I tried using my Adobe login but it didn’t work. How did you access Prime?

I noticed that as well Todd and haven’t received a reply to the email I sent a couple of days ago about my leveling up either. I appreciate the opportunity to get the reward for active participation but I’ve had to chase it down every time. 🙁

That is new, Shambu, comes as a surprise to me as well. I never could use Presenter Video Xpress in the past due to my retina screens. I knew that lot of the functionality was transferred to Video Demo (which has some bugs, will log all of them) but didn’t know that Presenter Video Xpress disappeared.

Sorry that we missed replying to your email.
With the new release, Presenter Video express functionality is part of Captivate 2019. So we want our users to use CP2019 for all PVX related functionality. We made this change incentives in Dec, it’s not updated the blog announcement.
Please do try out the screen capture/green screen functionality in CP2019. We would like to hear your feedback.
