Hi,
I am on Captivate 2019.
Is there a way to export Object Styles from Captivate 9 and import into Captivate 2019?

I would not recommend to do so at all. Object styles is one of the components of a theme, and themes have changed a lot from 9 to 11! I have seen more problems with upgraded themes recently than in the past. Please, recreate the theme if you want to avoid problems.
