One Question Quiz used for Acceptance Page

I want to use a 1 question quiz to create an acceptance page.  The user watches the content, then Accepts the content.  A statement something like:  By Clicking “Agree” I declare that I have viewed the content and/or have saved the content for further review.  Then they simply answer the one question test which the answer is “Agree”.  Then I end up with a document that supports their acceptance… ETC.  There must be a simple solution for this.  My bet is I am making this too hard….

Sorry, don’t understand your question really well. Do you use a LMS? You want them to ‘pass’ the course when they have clicked the Agree button? That is pretty simple: just attach a score to that button and require they pass the ‘quiz” in the Reporting setup. That will work in all types of projects, versions, with any LMS. However that will never be a guarantee that the learner has read (let alone understood) the content. You need to take out the default playbar, set up the course in such a way that the slide with the Agree button can only be reached after all the slides have been visited.

I don’t understand the remainder of the question, too many details are missing: which version do you use,  are you using a LMS etc…. Responsive or non-responsive project…
