Please helps with this brain teaser!  There are 4 multiple choice Smart Shape Buttons set to 1 attempt on a slide (not a quiz slide).   When the 3 incorrect answers are selected, the Action Continues and shows a Display message. On Success, the 1 correct Button runs an Advanced Action: Continue, Play Audio, Increment Score by 1, Go to Next Slide.  On Last Attempt, the correct Button Continues. The 3 Incorrect Buttons has a timing for “Rest of Slide” (13 seconds) and a Display message that lasts for 7 seconds.  The correct Button is active for 2 seconds and inactive for 11.

After the user clicks on the incorrect Button, they still can click on the correct Button and accrue a point. How do I make block the user from being able to add points after selecting the incorrect answer?

Have a lot of problems trying to understand your question, but not sure. Which version of 9 do you use, ther have been ” and the first one was buggy.

MCQ button? What is that? Each button, shape button or older type of button can never be MCQ, it has only a Success and a Last Attempt event, and it can have a score attached which will be attributed in case of Success.

Inactive and active: for HTML output at least in the more recent versions, this makes no difference anymore. It is only the pausing point that is defined by hat separation line, but the action can still be done when clicking in the inactive part.

Last attempt event happens when the learner clicks ‘outside’ of the button. So please, do NOT use an action at that event but set it at ‘No action’.
