When trying to access eLearning assets, the page is blank.
Is the program trying to access a specific website? If yes, what is the site URL?
It is clear as mud how to fix this problem. I have no “My Asset” tab. I have downloaded the assets but still nothing. How do you get to “Get Adobe Stock Assets”? I get nothing to click on- no information on the web is helpful, at all.
Do not confuse Adobe Stock with the Assets panel, access to Adobe Stock is only part of that panel. The main assets are available without any cost: projects and slides (from the so-called Quick Start Projects), Characters, buttons, icons, video clips, audio clips, 360° images.
When you say that you don’t have a ‘My Asset’ tab, do you mean that you don’t see the big button Assets in the top right part of that top bar? If you are on the newbie UI it will be grouped with the buttons Properties and Library.
Check your exact version number, it needs to be 11.5… (Help, About Captivate) because the Assets panel is a new feature in this most recent release.

The asset download installs then produces a blank page, yes I see all 3 tabs but they don’t work.
Are you on Windows or Mac? Which exact version number of 11.5 do you use, as you can find under Help, About Updates. If you are on Win, do you have the eLearning Assets in Public Documents? Can you show a screenshot of the subfolders in that folder?
I have the same issue. An hour with the tech support and it still doesn’t work.
Did you install the default assets? They have to be downloaded separately.
Do you see 3 tabs on the top of the page?
My Assets is a separate download that needs to be installed on your local machine to access my assets tab.
Get Adobe Stock Assets pulls Adobe Stock Link.
Get Free eLearning Assets goes to a bunch of online assets that originally linked to eLearning brothers but seems to have an interface that links directly to the assets themselves now.
If you don’t see any of those you may consider contacting Captivate help or try reinstalling Captivate.
