I am trying to embed a MP4 video into my Captivate 2019 project. It plays in preview but when I publish I get a Connection Error. I have read through many other similar issues, but haven’t been able to resolve.

Can you try to recode the mp4 in the Adobe Media Encoder?
How did you insert the video: as event video or as slide video?
Check the version number, please. It should be 11.0.1.266.

I have same problem. Updated Captivate no solution there. Mine was an event.
