I have 12 mp4 files in the captivate 2017 Project (10.0.0.192) inserted as progressive-download-video on 12 different pages.
I have imported the Scorm-Output in an LMS (Moodle).

When i randomly view 10 Pages with this mp4 Content than the 11. page with mp4-Content is not shown. The Video does not run, there is a black page.

Only the video-control bar is shown, nothing else. The files are between 3 – 18 MB, produced with edius and encoded with adobe media encoder.

Can anybody help to find a solution? We have two different projects with this issue, at the other project it is always the 10. Page with mp4 content that is not shown,

there only the load icon is presented with no effect.

Is there any limitation for mp4 content?
