One course multiple languages

I have one orientation course with a quiz at the end translated into 7 different languages.  However, I can only assign new hires one course in my LMS.  If the assigned course not in the users preferred language they may take another course.  Problem is that our LMS will send reminders to them as the assigned course has not been completed.

I need to find a way to assign a course that allows the user to choose their preferred course language.  After they have taken it, it should be marked as complete.

I have tried the caption route and the export keeps crashing as its lots of text (i assume thats the issue).  I am using Captivate 2019.  Even if the caption route did work, I get concerned when I try it with Japanese and Chinese.  Right now I’m having issues with just Spanish.

Thanks for pointing to my blog.  I am not sure however that it can be used in one course for languages that are so different: some of them may need right-to-left instead of left-to right.

Have you seen this post from Lieve Weymeis ? http://blog.lilybiri.com/branch-aware-quiz

Another option I’ve done is to make several completely stand alone captivate files and link them through a landing page and copy all the language files into the main file. It does make updating a bear though.
