I just downloaded Captivate.
I am trying to record screen demo.
I have 3 monitors, 2 large monitors and my laptop
I am being to to make all displays the same to record. I really don’t want to do that because I am not going to use the laptop screen. Any way around this?

I have answered same question on the Jive forums. BTW: if you want only a video recorder, not a full-blown eLearning authoring tool there may be cheaper and simple applications to prefer. Personally I use the Video Demo in Captivate (recording on a second desktop) because the way it can be converted to Interactive video or inserted in a real eLearning course as cpvc-slide.
