I was creating SCOMR 2004 4th edition files in Adobe Captivate 9.0.230 and it worked just fine in the LMS. I took the same source file and created the SCORM 2004 4th edition video in Adobe Captivate 2019, but the videos dont work in the LMS. It just hangs on spinning wheel.

Below is the console error I get – any help would be greatly appreciated.

In that case you need to check with the LMS people, tell them the course works fine in SCORM Cloud which is THE standard for SCORM courses.  Check also if the server supports JSON, because that is another change happening since your former version.

Lot has changed between your first version (9.0.1) and CP2019.

AutoPlay has been disabled for all browsers. The webserver has to support JSON.

Did you try to upload to SCORM Cloud? Are you on the most recent version, which is 11.0.1.266?
