Does anyone know if there is a limit to the amount of data that can be added to the Captivate 2019 Glossary widget? I recently added additional terms to our current Glossary and uploaded it to our intranet work site. NONE of the new terms show up when searched on the intranet work site. They are in the Glossary when viewed/working in Captivate 2019….they don’t show up after the Glossary is uploaded……what’s up with that???

I think the Glossary widget is SWF. That might be an issue with some browsers.

All widgets were developed in Flash, but those listed under Learning Interaction are compatible with HTML5 output. Glossary widget is one of them. In many cases however you need to publish and upload to a web browser or LMS to see the functionality as I already mentioned. But OP never came back to read comments.

Try clearing your browser cache. I’ve had similar issues when reviewing a project on our test LMS. Clearing the cache always did the trick.

Did you test after publishing and uploading to a webserver. Are you on 11.0.1.266?
