I have weird issue with captivate 2019 version, I couldn’t able to recolor any of smart shapes.

Can anyone please help.

Were you able to solve the problems? Did you try to restart Captivate, to restart your system (please mention the OS you are using), to clear the cache and clean the Preferences?

Either Captivate has become corrupted or the file has corrupted. Do you have the same issue with a new project?

Are you using the most recent version which is 11.0.1.266?
