In Captivate manual, there is one sentence with reference to the BreakPoint mode … “…. Set one smart shape as a background image in Responsive project and you are allowed to set crop area for the background image in different views….”
I could not find how to set “Smart shape as background” and secondly, how that smartshape is related to the background image ? also I could not find croping of the Background image(as written in that sentence)”
Help would be appricated.
I understand the idea behind ‘shape as background. You can fill a shape with a gradient, a texture, an image (tiled or not) and the shape can be setup in the Position Properties to fill any browser resolution by using 100% both for width and height.
Another blog I should write about possibilities for backgrounds. Just one recommendation: do not rely on the Help documentation because it is really very outdated. That is not recently, is going on since many versions. Have some urgent tasks today… will come back later.
