I am testing/reviewing in the HTML Browser F11 function. The first button works, the other four do not. I have tried to use an object as a button and overlaid a button over the object. Neither works. I’ve dumped the Cache and the library of unused objects. I’ve done this many times before and never had this issue. Totally confused.

OK, so that is not the cause.

Other question: did you turn on Branch aware in Quiz Preferences? Or do you have Pretest slides? Do you have Quiz slides?  Did you turn on ‘Visited slides only’ in the TOC?

How did you test please? If it is a non-responsive project, and you want output to HTML5 you  need to test with Preview HTML5 I Browser (F11) because that is the only Preview method which will show HMTL output. The best way is of course publishing and uploading to a webserver.

Preview Project, Preview from…. al use SWF output in non-responsive projects. For Fluid Boxes projects all temporary output for Preview is HTML.

Tip; please mention the version number you are using.

Are you previewing “From this slide” or “Next 5 slides”?

Are the buttons not working “before” the slide you are previewing from?

if this is the case then the Preview is NOT loading the previous slides as part of the preview.

You need to view the entire project to test all navigation, especially if the navigation goes backwards.
