If I have an image I want to update or change across various slides in a project is there a way I can do that without opening each slide?

I have a follow on question.  How do you get the Update Resource Path button to activate?

Susan, find the image in the Library (use right-click menu on one of them on a slide). Use the right-click menu on the Library image, and choose Edit with…. You can choose any editing application or replace it with another image but keep the name.

When I tried this it wouldn’t let me choose anything but an *.exe file type.  How do a replace it with another image?

You need to indicate a graphics application. In that app you delete the pixels of the first image and insert the new image. Make sure just to save, so that the original name is preserved.

Put the image on one slide, them click on the image –> Go to Properties Panel

the “TIMING tab” select Display for : Rest of the Project.

Checkmark: Place Object on top. (be careful with the location check each slide)

I am assuming that the image is the same for all the slides.

In order to change the image or update go to the slide where you put the image and update it, them apply the setting mention above. This method is good for logo, company name, etc…

Sorry, but that will only be OK if the image is always in the same position on each slide, not if several instances with different size and/or  position.

What I”m trying to do is replace an image that isn’t on every slide and not in the same position.  Thanks.
