I changed the default incorrect message text in the default labels section of the Quiz preferences. The new text appears only for incorrect answers on the first question and then the incorrect text message reverts to the previous text. How do I get the new incorrect message to apply to all of the questions. I’m using Captivate 2019 version 11.0.1.266.

You posted the same question on the Adobe Jive forums, Correct? And you got answers there.
For the sake of other users: changing the Defaults under Quiz Preferences, Default Labels has to be done BEFORE inserting questions or creating a question pool.
