I published a blog with some tips about using a QSP. You can have a look at:

Exploring what is available in this community will get you started for sure. You could also vist my website (Tip of the Day) or blog. My blog has more advanced tutorials and step-by-step descriptions of workflows.

You have been using slides from the Quick Start Projects in 11.5, correct?

May I give some practical advice, not theoretical? Some feedback messages are unreadable because they use a style with white characters on a light grey background. Not all learners have perfect eye sight

Clark will for sure agree with me, when I tell that an eLearning course without audio is a half-course. I learned from my students in college, which were happy to tell me their experiences with my eLearning dabbling almost 20 years ago, that the majority of them were listening to VO much more than reading text.

While I agree about the audio I think it is also situationally dependent on how the users will interact with the module. In our organization audio is sometimes a distraction for the users who are doing their training at their workstation. We are in healthcare and the nurses prefer no audio so as not to disturb patients while they do their training at the nurse station desks. They are also interpreted frequently so this also works against sitting and trying to listen to an audio stream. In the perfect world, I would agree about the audio but sometimes the practical world requires adaption.

That may be true! However this type of theoretical (boring) topic needs everything possible to make it more engaging.
