logo is disappearing
In the attached captivate project, you can see a logo I inserted at upper right, but it disappears when I preview the project. Any ideas why?
What I’ve tried:
– arrange, send backwards, and send to front, in master slides
– same, only sent the shape and text caption to back
thank you very much for your comments on what I can try. Attached is an image of this logo image, which is in the master slide. When I right-click it in the timeline, I do not have the option to extend it to the rest of the slide. Not sure where to go from here but any suggestions are appreciated

It would help if you read my series about timeline, which is to my priority number one in any training, but rarely gets that place.
The horizontal time axis in the Timeline panel has no meaning whatsoever, because objects on the master slide do not have any timing. It is needed to make them visible, but the Timeline panel for a master slide is mainly used for the stacking feature. You need to have that logo from the start of the timeline.
If you add a shape button to a master slide, which has a pausing point, you will see that pausing point at the end of its timeline, but that is also symbolical. It is not at 3 seconds, but will be at the end of each slide based on that timeline.

Can you insert screenshots, please. In the published output I don’t see what you mean at all.
Is that logo on the slide or on the used master slide, maybe even on the main master slide? Or is it a logo on the slide itself, maybe timed for the rest of the project? Timeline could be useful to see. You posted a similar question about a shape that disappears. If an object is set to be visible in output, and you don’t hide it there is normally no reason why it should disappear, unless it is behind another object, or is timed to appear after a pausing point.
